Boiling and hours of operation

Thank you for all of you who visited the sugarhouse this 2011 maple season, We had a good year We still have just a bit of syrup left

 

UNFORTUNATELY

We have decided to take this season (2012)off from making syrup, Much thought went into this and Money, Time and alot of tree damage from the october snow storm helped in our decision.

The weather pattern this year also looks like a short and early season for maple producers and we wish them all the luck for a productive season.

 

We assure all our customers that we will be back up and running for the 2013 season
