Our Sugar operation grows every season. Our sugarhouse received a new metal roof 

over our sap holding tanks, and we converted from wood to oil.

 We tap around 350 taps with appx 100 on pipeline (click to see Vacuum System)

                                      We are running on an Algier 2X6 raised flue, oil fired evaporator.

We look forward each year to to start boiling, we make between 80 and 100 gallons if all goes well!
