Our Sugar operation grows every season. The 2009 season will start with a 3x8 wood fired evaporator, will will be taping over 600 taps, most on tubing and around 200 on buckets. we have made a new goal of 200 gallons of finished syrup, last year we hit our 100 gallon mark.

 

   

 Our  3x8, wood fired evaporator, boils the the sap at a rate of near 100 gallons an hour and making 2+ gallons of syrup per hour. We fire the evaporator every 7 minutes with a bundles of wood
