Our Evaporators ( or something like that ) 

This is the wood stove we first boiled on outside after making a mess inside

I made this Barrel evaporator the 2nd year I boiled, I used a 12x16 broiler Pan  We boiled and boiled and....boiled and made around 

3/4 of a  gallon.

The next year I made a set of stainless pans and made 5 gallons.

After that I bought a Leader Half Pint

And made 15 gallons

Was I satisfied??

No

So I went bigger with lots more trees to tap!!
