Brandon lives where not too many people make Maple Syrup, his season is much earlier than ours in New England

Brandon is boiling on a brand new all stainless steel Leader 2x8 wood fired evaporator fed by a Lapierre 300 gal stainless steel storage tank.

His sugarhouse is nestled on a hill behind his Dads house and his taps are all on tubing in the surrounding woods
