We tap about 400 buckets, And have made 150 gallons in a season. Most trees are rented along the road to ease gathering. (lot of moving the truck with the poly tank. We have 3 SST bulk tanks with 1000 gallon holding capacity total. The old King has a 500 CFM blower and custom built forced air grates. We can boil about 80 -90 gallons of sap per hour. Wood fired using mostly pallets. Have hot and cold running water in the utility room. 3 8 foot high output cold start florescent lights provide all the light we need to make syrup.
