He wrote:" I have an  Algier 3x8 wood evaporator. CDL 7" filter press.  I'm
at 700 taps  and installing vacuum this year.
Located in Colden NY"

Here is Joes main line above the "Colden Grand Canyon" ,We joke with Joe about that, but

it crosses a creek bed , and his line is almost 30 feet in the air.
