Marty sent me these pictures of his operation, and some views of the workings of his coupla. He writes:

I live in Pittsfield NH and have been
going "commercial" with making maple syrup the past two years. By that I
mean actually selling some and paying for more shiny equipment! I have a 2x6
Grimm raised flue oil fired with a preheater. I have just recently bought a
7 inch filter press so I can start packaging in glass. I made 65 gallons
this past season and with a little luck I am hoping to hit 100 gallons next
year.

Looks like He's got the right idea!
