Race Foster in Wisconsin

These are photos of my Wisconsin maple syrup house.
 Evaporator is a 2 ½ X 8 foot Dallaire.  This year we
plan to tap approx. 600+ trees with buckets. 
 
The syrup shack was built several years ago and is
constructed entirely of cedar.
