This is Ricks family sugarhouse, he is fortunate to have his father and his brother as interested in sugaring as he is!

He taps around 200 most on vacuum, boils on a large flat pan on a cinderblock arch.

As most sugarers, Rick is always trying to improve boiling rate, he has added a draft blower, hood, and has even built an air injection system, if it can be built,Rick can do it!!
